Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Odyssey Coach, operated by Nexus Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including odysseycoach.ai, app.odysseycoach.ai, and the related product experience.

By accessing or using the website, app, or paid membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

The Odyssey Coach is a paid, voice-only coaching and practice product designed to help users work on social confidence and related communication challenges. It is a training product, not a therapy service or medical provider.

Membership, Billing, and Refunds

The current standard membership is billed at $12 per month in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.

• No free trial is included unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy practices.

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues through the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise.

• The launch offer includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests should be sent to dan@odysseycoach.ai.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining access to your login methods, and for activity that occurs through your account.

You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the product, abuse other users, scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond what law permits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Coaching Disclaimer and Crisis Support

The Odyssey Coach is not medical care, mental health treatment, crisis response, or a substitute for a licensed professional.

If you are in crisis or need immediate help, call or text 988 in the United States, contact local emergency services, or reach out to a qualified professional in your area.

Intellectual Property

The service, including the website, app, text, design, branding, software, and related content, is owned by Nexus Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay required fees, or create risk for the product or other users.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service. We are not obligated to keep every feature available forever.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business arising from or related to your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
