Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Odyssey Coach, operated by Nexus Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including odysseycoach.ai, app.odysseycoach.ai, and the related product experience.

By accessing or using the website, app, or paid membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use The Odyssey Coach. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Service Description

The Odyssey Coach is a paid coaching and practice product built around live voice sessions, designed to help users work on social confidence and related communication challenges. Your coach can also message you between sessions, in the app and, if you opt in, by text message. It is a training product, not a therapy service or medical provider.

Membership, Billing, and Refunds

The Odyssey Coach is a paid membership. The price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are those shown to you at checkout when you subscribe and on your receipt. Membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis and renews automatically until canceled.

  • We may offer memberships at different prices, or on a discounted, promotional, or free basis (for example, through a promo code). The pricing and any promotional terms that apply to you are those presented at checkout when you subscribe.

  • We may change our prices over time. A price change applies only to billing periods that begin after the change takes effect, and we will provide advance notice where required by law.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy practices.

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues through the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise.

  • New memberships may begin with a free trial period, such as a free first month. No payment method is required to start a free trial, and a paid membership begins only if you subscribe when the trial ends.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining access to your login methods, and for activity that occurs through your account.

You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the product, abuse other users, scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond what law permits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Text Messages

If you turn on text messages in Settings, your coach can text you at the number you verify, including replies in ongoing conversations and check-ins between sessions. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to turn texts off, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number and consent records.

Coaching Disclaimer and Crisis Support

The Odyssey Coach is not medical care, mental health treatment, crisis response, or a substitute for a licensed professional.

If you are in crisis or need immediate help, call or text 988 in the United States, contact local emergency services, or reach out to a qualified professional in your area.

Intellectual Property

The service, including the website, app, text, design, branding, software, and related content, is owned by Nexus Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.

Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay required fees, or create risk for the product or other users.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service. We are not obligated to keep every feature available forever.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business arising from or related to your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
